Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases­ from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements for each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. However, we specifically recommend that U.S. citizens traveling to Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean or any other destination outside of the U.S do so with a valid U.S. passport. Agency Commissions are deemed earned nonrefundable service fees upon payment of deposit. If purchaser cancels for any reason, we will charge an agency cancellation fee of $50 per land package or cruise reservation under $2000 and $75 per land package or cruise reservation $2000 and over. Room-Only hotel reservations will only be charged $25 in the event of cancellation. cancellation fees will be credited to a new vacation purchase if re-booked within 30 days of date of cancellation for travel at any future time.
