DISCLOSURE: CRUISINGCO.COM­ is acting as a mere agent for SUPPLIERS (identified on the accompanying documents) in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by CruisingCo.com­ (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) CruisingCo.com­ therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers’ companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, CruisingCo.com­ does not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. CruisingCo.com­ shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside CruisingCo.com­’s control.

Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases CruisingCo.com­ from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements for each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. However, we specifically recommend that U.S. citizens traveling to Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean or any other destination outside of the U.S do so with a valid U.S. passport. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department, (202) 647-5225, or access the State Department’s on-line travel advisory service (http://www.state.gov/travel/ for information/travel warnings). For medical information, call the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) ~ (404) 332-4559 or log on to http://www.cdc.gov/travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks. Information is available through CruisingCo.com­ regarding travel protection policies. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

Agency Commissions are deemed earned nonrefundable service fees upon payment of deposit. If purchaser cancels for any reason, we will charge an agency cancellation fee of $50 per land package or cruise reservation under $2000 and $75 per land package or cruise reservation $2000 and over. Room-Only hotel reservations will only be charged $25 in the event of cancellation. CruisingCo.com cancellation fees will be credited to a new vacation purchase if re-booked within 30 days of date of cancellation for travel at any future time. Exception: Agency cancellation fees will be waived on all Disney trips booked through December 31, 2013.*, for travel at any time. (*Disney's cancellation policy still applies). We reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for changes to a reservation after it is under deposit. Policies are subject to revision on new bookings at any time. If a deposit was paid by check then the fees will be deducted from the refund. If made by credit card, fees must be paid before cancellation with the supplier will occur. Late receipt of fees that result in incurred or increased cancellation fees from the supplier are solely the responsibility of the traveler. CruisingCo.com­ reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for changes to a reservation. Fees may be paid to the agency by check or paid by credit card online through Pay Pal at https://www.paypal.com Click on SEND MONEY and create an account if you do not have one; then send your payment to [email protected]. Once transportation and/or other services are cancelled by CruisingCo.com­, all sums (minus the cancellation fees) paid to CruisingCo.com­ for services not performed in accordance with the contract between CruisingCo.com­ and the purchaser, will be refunded within four days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged. CruisingCo.com­’s cancellation fees will be credited to a new vacation purchase if re-booked within 30 days of date of cancellation, for travel at any future time. Fees will be retained by the agency and will be applied to final payment. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Pierce County, Washington.

FOR CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS ONLY: Right of California Customer to Make Claim on the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (hereafter CTCRF): In the event of CruisingCo.com­’s default, you may be eligible for a refund of up to $15,000 from the CTCRF. If you were located in California at the time of your purchase you have a right to make a claim against the Fund for a refund of any money paid to CruisingCo.com­ that is due because of CruisingCo.com­’s bankruptcy, insolvency, cessation of operations, or material failure to provide the transportation of travel services sold. The claim must be filed within 60 days (or in some limited circumstances, within one year) after you become aware of your loss. For a claim form and additional information, write to: CTCRF, P.O. Box 8474, Northridge, CA 91327. Sales Transactions for Customers outside of California: this transaction is not covered by the CTCRF. You are not eligible to file a claim against that Fund in the event of CruisingCo.com­’s default. Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, where you, the customer, are not at fault and have not canceled in violation of the terms and conditions of the contract for transportation or travel services, all sums paid to CruisingCo.com­ for services not received by you will be promptly refunded unless you otherwise advise CruisingCo.com in writing.
